Terms of Use

These terms govern use of karastechs.com and its public content and features. Last updated August 24, 2026.

Acceptance. By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Separate signed terms govern paid services, custom development, support, or licensed software.

Informational purpose

KarasTechs resources explain general technology and business concepts. They are not legal, financial, cybersecurity, safety, quality-system, or regulatory advice and are not a substitute for qualified professionals familiar with your circumstances. Examples, cost ranges, and architectures are illustrative and may not fit a particular project.

No project relationship from website use

Using the site, sending an inquiry, or receiving an initial response does not create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or support relationship. A project begins only under mutually accepted terms defining scope, fees, responsibilities, and other conditions. Availability and acceptance of a request are not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

You may browse and link to public pages for lawful purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access; bypass authentication, download controls, or rate limits; probe or exploit vulnerabilities without written authorization; upload malicious content; interfere with operation; scrape in a way that causes unreasonable load; impersonate another person; submit secrets or unlawful material; or use the site to harm others.

Software and downloads

Software catalog pages may describe KarasTechs products or demonstrations. Access-controlled downloads require a valid code and may be governed by separate license terms. Do not redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass controls, or represent software as your own except where a specific license expressly permits it. Availability, supported platforms, and features may change.

Intellectual property

The site design, KarasTechs name and branding, original articles, software descriptions, text, graphics, and code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may quote short portions with attribution and a link for commentary or reference where permitted by law. Republishing full articles, removing attribution, or creating confusingly similar branded materials requires written permission.

User submissions

You remain responsible for information you submit. Do not send confidential information unless an appropriate agreement and secure method are in place. By submitting a public review, you confirm that it reflects a genuine experience, is lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. KarasTechs may moderate or remove spam, abuse, personal data, irrelevant material, or content that creates legal or security risk.

Third-party services and advertising

The website may link to or use third-party hosting, analytics, advertising, messaging, software, or other services. KarasTechs does not control external content, availability, or policies. A link or advertisement is not necessarily an endorsement. Use third-party services under their own terms.

Disclaimer and limitation

The public website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, a particular business result, search ranking, advertising approval, or suitability for a specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KarasTechs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the public site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits apply only to the extent lawful.

Changes, suspension, and governing rules

We may update content, features, and these terms, or restrict use that threatens the site or others. The revision date identifies changes. Applicable law and venue for a contracted project will be stated in the relevant agreement; nothing here overrides mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
